Nutrition Perspective & Approach

Lisa Beth became a certified nutrition coach in 2019 to heal her own chronic digestive issues and address inflammatory health symptoms. Her coaching packages include an integrated approach; blending gradual nutrition awareness and improvement with compassionate, trauma-informed somatic movement support, encouraging lifestyle transformation to emBODY and emPOWER and reCLAIM a new equilibrium based in gratitude and unconditional self-love.

Her focus is to help clients lower chronic inflammation caused by hidden food triggers, even in food known as healthy. Modern food sensitivities like histamines, fodmaps, etc need to be examined, and accountability supported, and her methods are both compassionate, and encouraging. 

Her own healing journey was sparked from chronic pain and digestive issues that had worsened as perimenopause unfolded, so managing stress and nutrition became her focus to nurture herself to a level of health never experienced before, having dealt with a lifetime of chronic and unmanaged stress overload.
